Bibiana is very knowledgeable about Qi Gong. She is also a very experienced teacher of this profound discipline. Bibiana is intuitively able to tailor classes to suit the needs of each participant. Every class has been harmonious frequently ending with even more laughter than when we started. Personally, practising Qi Gong with Bibiana has helped alleviate my well-being as I have a very stressful job and also suffer from arthritis and partial disability.

Bibiana Hernández volunteered for UK Shaolin Temple as our Meditation and Qi Gong Manager for one year.
